Madigan Projects specializes in building the highest quality new custom homes in the Charleston area and has been fortunate enough to build beautiful new homes from Sullivan’s Island to Stono Ferry, and everywhere in between, mostly East of the Cooper.  In addition to building new custom homes, Madigan Projects also takes on large scale renovations and commercial buildings.

It may sound cliché, but it is our belief that nothing is more important than for our clients to feel assured throughout the project that the large investment they have entrusted in Madigan Projects will be handled with their best interest in mind on each and every decision that is made.  More than anything else, we feel that full disclosure on every aspect of the project is the key to developing and retaining this level of trust.  We have never had a project without a minor bump in the road, but through honest communication with our clients and ownership of our mistakes, Madigan Projects continues to grow its reputation as one Charleston’s truly thoughtful builders.

We let our workmanship speak for itself and always enjoy the opportunity to walk potential clients through both our finished homes and those currently under construction.  If you are interested in getting a first-hand look at some of our projects, please contact us.
